Embellished Spirit Return and Refund Policy

For your complete satisfaction, we offer a 14-day return & refund policy on most items. To ensure a smooth return & refund process, please return items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that shipping and delivery fees and carrier return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customer will not be charged any restocking fees.

Once your return is received in store, we will process your refund immediately. If you provide us with an email address, we will email you once your return is received and your refund is processed. Most refunds are posted to your personal credit card within 15 business days from the time that your returned merchandise is received. If you have not received your return after 15 business days, please call Customer Service at (307) 381-1723. Depending on your bank's processing time, your refund may take a few days to reflect on your account.

The following merchandise and items are not eligible for return or refund: Gift Cards, Limited Time Offer Jewelry and Accessories merchandise, and Final Sale merchandise.
